Hello,

This product is great and is great when the shipped product is as of the quality of a few years ago. Lately customer service has been lacking, but lo and behold, I see a message in my inbox from them... so perhaps the quality control is ramping back up.

Bottom line... I love this product! Reality, the first few orders from back a few years ago have been awesome and amazing. Then recently my order was catastrophically poor... then no customer service... but it seems they may be trying to fix that...

So Please, try it if you can... i almost sold my wax iron... then had some hiccups...

Very Cold Ski Day

I made the mistake of not getting my skis to the outside temperature and the skis felt like they ah Velcro on the bottoms. Make sure the skis match the outside temps.

This product worked perfectly with the Ghost Dynamic Wax! Also, I will never mix this applicator up with my other towels / cleaning supplies - it's just for waxing my board!

It gets the board sliding if you don't have time to wax your board, but in no way this product can replace an actual wax job, it's an ok alternative

A lot of money for not a lot of product

I paid quite a bit of money for what appeared to be a fairly large amount but when you’re applying it, it goes very quickly even with their microfiber towel. I don’t know if it’s worth the money or not.

2nd time is a charm

The first time I used the wax, I had some mixed opinions. This weekend, the on-waxing process seemed to be a little easier and I noticed right away that when I married the skis for transport, they slid back and forth very easily. This weekend was full of mixed snow conditions..freshly made powder, ice, sticky mush. The wax performed well and prevented wet snow buildup on the bottom. Others with traditional wax had to scrape ice off of the bottom of their skis on a regular basis. Recommend for sure. Quick and easy, just make sure to reapply before you go out the next day.

STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT!!

I would give a zero if I could. I paid for this product WELL over a year ago and still haven't received my damn order... I even responded and sent an email about this and still haven't received **** from you guys because you all said "it was because you unexpectedly ran out of your product" which I was ok with, I just wanted my order. I would love to be saying that "I loved it right now" but I would have to RECEIVE the product first. My order number was #6590 and I would like it to be shipped to me immediately since I paid for it... over a year ago. Thanks.
