Doesn’t ship to Alaska

Was reading and doing some research on this product and was super excited to give it a try. Sadly they do not ship to Alaska. I do a lot of snowboarding and skiing for the army here and would’ve loved to give this a shot instead of waxing the traditional way.

Great product

I have used this wax on all my skis for the last two years. I find it works in all snow conditions with never a problem of sticking. As a ski instructor spending many days on the mountain I fully endorse this product.

I think a dewaxing agent should be included, since all skis have some wax on them, and this is required for a full application.

I’ve now used this between winter/powder conditions and warm spring conditions. From my experience the wax is most effective between 20F and 40F. Around there it works fairly well and lasts for multiple days if the base was prepped and stripped of any prior wax. It is a bit variable with the type of snow and seems very sensitive to stuff that’s been a bit sunbaked, so if you’re going between a groomed/ungroomed part of a run you can find it grabbing quite quick. On groomers or packed powder it gets quite fast, however.

I had a few warm days hitting up to the high 50’s, and above 40F (yes, it was warm) performance does seem to degrade, and above 50F it gets downright grabby compared to a dedicated spring wax, so I don’t quite buy the box’s claim, but it’s still been a good wax for multi-day ski trips around the state.
